These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PayPerTrailz's bookkeeping and accounting services ("Services") and website. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Description

PayPerTrailz provides professional bookkeeping and accounting services including:

• Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation
• QuickBooks setup and management
• Tax preparation assistance
• Financial reporting and consultation
• Accounts payable and receivable management

Service Packages

Month-to-Month Services

All our service packages are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required. Services automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

Payment Terms

• All monthly packages are paid in advance
• Payments are non-refundable
• Payment is due on the same date each month
• We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services at any time with 15 days notice before your next billing date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@paypertrailz.com.

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to financial accounts and software
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Review and approve work before filing or submission
• Pay invoices on time

Accuracy Guarantee

We guarantee the accuracy of our bookkeeping work. If errors are found in our work, we will correct them at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to work performed by PayPerTrailz and does not cover:

• Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
• Changes in tax laws or regulations after work completion
• Work performed by other parties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayPerTrailz's liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.

Intellectual Property

All content, templates, processes, and materials created by PayPerTrailz remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your business purposes while using our Services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of services.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all your financial data. We maintain copies only as necessary to provide Services and comply with legal requirements. Upon termination, we will return or delete your data as requested, subject to legal retention requirements.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PayPerTrailz harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Inaccurate information you provide
• Your negligent or intentional misconduct

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
